Meet Nozomi Kaizoku!

_{Note: I'm aware that the information is outdated, but unfortunately I don't have the motivation needed to update this myself nor do I have the money to commission anybody for a newer version. Hopefully I should be able to in the future!}

_{Note: Most of these are based around the Tony Crynight AU of Five nights at Freddy's, as that's the AU that he's canonically in. However, I am no longer in the Tony Crynight fandom, so just count this as my own orignal FNaF AU. Thanks!}

Personlity

Due to Nozomi's conditions, her personality can be quite unpredictable at times. As a result, it often differs from person to person.

When you first get to know Nozomi, she's pretty quiet, but will occasionally say hello and/or complement the outfit you chose for the day. It's a thing she's done since childhood since she was taught growing up that it was considered "polite."

When you become her friend however, she will start to open up to you, gradually but noticably. She likes to hang out with her friends after work and smoke weed with them on Fridays (why fridays specifically? Nobody knows. It's just a good day to do it.), and she really enjoys the time she spends with them. She also will infodump about her interests (mainly anime) when given the oppurtunity to.

She generally acts like a goofball around those she trusts making cute little noises and telling jokes, though sometimes she can get carried away and accidentally make someone uncomfortable, which she quickly apologizes for. She stands up for the people she cares about most when they get targeted by some jerk wad, and is willing to be there for her friends in the best way he can.

Talking about her flaws, she tends to come off as "rude" or "mean", "annoying", or even "toxic/offensive" at times, sometimes out of spite, but most of the time it's not intentionally. Her mood also tends to swing a lot; one moment she could be the happiest clappiest little thing in the world, next thing people know, she's cursing out someone because they breathed too loudly, and then she starts crying uncontrolably.

Unfortunately, her unpredictable emotions mixed with her occasionally problematic behavior and lack of empathy at times has caused her to lose friends in the past (and just generally be looked down upon), making the only friend group she has very important to her.

With all said though, she's an expert ragebaiter on twitter (she doesn't use tiktok because, as she puts it, "there's only little kids on there.").

Abilities

Levitation

Since she was 14 years old, she's had a specific gene that gives her the ability to use magic. Her main (and only) ability is Levitation.

She is able to pick up objects, people, and even herself, using her magic. Due to the strength of her powers, she's even able to make herself and/or others fly, which can make it easier for him to travel and go to places. She uses her powers for everyday tasks, like grabbing items beyond her reach or multi-tasking.

The only downside, however, is that she does get headaches and migraines from using her powers too often, due to the crack in her horn, and there have been occasions where she has passed out or thrown up because of said headaches. Because of this, Freddy allows Nozomi to take breaks from using her powers in between shifts, or breaks in general to take headache medication to ease her headaches.

Weapons and Tools

Pepper Spray and Box Cutter

Nozomi carries a black can of pepper spray with her at all times as a way to defend herself when her magic isn't in use. She's only ever had to use it 5 times in her life (mainly against guys who wanted to jump her and a girl who was harassing Springtrap and claiming to be his wife).

Should she run out of pepper spray though, she always has a box cutter as an alternative (yet more deadly) weapon.

Springtrap is Nozomi's crush/"Senpai"

In traditional Japanese culture, the word "senpai" refers to someone who has seniority over someone else. For example, if you are a first-year highschool student (or a freshman in american schools), all of the students above that are your "senpai". Or if you start working at a new job, any co-worker who has been employed at the workplace longer than you is your "senpai". Since Springtrap has been in the pizzeria longer than Nozomi, that would make him her "senpai".

For about 5 years now, the two have been prety close friends, sometimes hanging out in the warehouse or alleyway behind the pizzeria in between shifts, and occasionally they like to hang out at Nozomi's place (though Nozomi usually sneaks him into her car on those days because of Springtrap's reputation).

Nozomi thinks of Springtrap as a cute and charming guy, and fantasizes about him frequently, sometimes daydreaming about him when he's not around (and getting distracted by her fantasies at times)

She's been attacted to Springtrap since the day they met, as he's the only one who could make her feel what it felt like to be in love with someone, like she had never had before. He's practically irreplacable to Nozomi, and losing him to another girl would mean a death sentence.

That's why she was devastated when she found out that some other girl had a crush on her. That woman would soon become her rival.

Ballora Kulara

Ballora is Nozomi's rival

Before Nozomi met Springtrap, they were pretty good co-workers. They occasionally speak from time to time, and when Ballora's not performing, she'd help Nozomi out on her shifts.

Ballora tends to joke about how much of an "airhead" and "forgetful" Nozomi is due to how much she loses focus, a joke that Nozomi finds both funny and slightly unconfortable.

Since both her and Nozomi are technically "friends" in the sense that the communicate often, perhaps Nozomi could try to negotiate with her and convince her to let Nozomi date Springtrap instead.

Or maybe, she could get rid of her a more "permanent" way...

Freddy Fazbear

Freddy is Nozomi's childhood friend and current employer

When Nozomi was 14, she nearly died in a very intense plane crash, and Freddy (who was 19 at the time) was the first person to try and help her and make sure she was okay. He stayed with her while she recovered in the hospital, and as time went on, they eventually became friends once she was discharged. Since then, they've preactically became inseprable.

Freddy is really understanding about how Nozomi's injury in her horn affects her and her ability to do certain tasks, and as such, he gives her tasks that most of the time don't require much multitasking-related labor. Given how hard Nozomi works and how dedicated she is to her job as a waitress, Freddy wants to be able to give Nozomi a promotion to a better paying job, but is worried that it could be draining for her.

Freddy likes to joke around with Nozomi occasionally, but not all of the time given Nozomi's lack of understanding social cues when it comes to jokes. Sometimes Freddy does say something that can irritate Nozomi, or even upset her wothout realizing it, and sometimes they do argue about it. Freddy does apologize for it if he realizes what he said hurt Nozomi, and they do make up for it.

There was a time where they were technically a "couple" before Freddy opened up his buisness, but unfortunately they just weren't really meant to be, so they ended up breaking up after a month or so. Nozomi has since gotten over it and is more focused on Springtrap, but I'm not so sure if Freddy ever did...

Bonnie, Chica, Foxy an Mangle

These are a few of Nozomi's co-workers, and are his first real friend group.

Nozomi considers Bonnie to be the closest to her out of all of them, mainly given how much they interract on a daily basis. Bonnie always keeps spare medication for Nozomi should the migranes from her injury flare up every once in a while.

Their friendship mainly resembles a typical friendship between neurodivergent teenagers (despite the fact that the whole friend group consists of those over the age of 18, with Chica being the youngest at 19 and Nozomi being the oldest at 26)

Whenever Nozomi isn't hanging out with Springtrap or Freddy, she's hanging out with them instead, though not as often.

Desite them being really good friends, Nozomi sometimes questions their friendship, sometimes worrying that they're gonna leave her the moment she "acts out", and that thought keeps her up at night.
